30-Day Return & Exchange Window

If you encounter any issues with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Here’s what you need to know:

Size Issues

  • Report Size Issues: If you have a size concern, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your product.
  • Exchange Responsibility: If the size you received is incorrect based on our size chart, we will gladly exchange it. However, if the size issue arises from selecting the wrong size, a 50% fee will apply.

Color & Design Variations

  • Color Discrepancies: Due to screen variations, the product’s color may differ slightly from online images. If you notice a discrepancy, please send us a photo within 24 hours of arrival to initiate a return or exchange.

Damaged Goods

  • If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or other reasons on our part, please contact us within 24 hours for a return. We will cover the shipping cost for damaged items.

Order Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a fee:
    • 25% if canceled within 3 days post-confirmation.
    • 35% if canceled more than 3 days post-confirmation.
    • No cancellations will be accepted after one week of order confirmation, unless special circumstances apply, which will incur a 50% fee.

Exchanges for Size Issues

  • If you need to exchange your jacket for size issues within 3 days of receiving it, we’ll send you a new jacket at no additional cost (you will be responsible for return shipping).

General Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition, with tags attached. Damaged or used items will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Customized products are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

Important Notes

  • We only accept payments in USD. Payments made in other currencies will be converted to USD.
  • If you do not respond to our emails regarding order production, your order will be placed on hold for 10-12 days, after which it may be canceled, and only 50% of your payment will be refunded.
  • If you order a product solely for trial purposes, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted.
  • Please be aware that regional customs charges may apply, and customers are responsible for these costs.
